In the old saying, a good time to war needs a right timing, right place, and good social condition. A good thing takes place when we depend on the Lord and having the right people. In fact, this is an essential element that is hard to find. Many had said in the past, many hands make light work. However, what we often experience is against our wish. Having a responsible, loyal, speedy, submissive coworkers/partners is real hard! In other words, the key to accomplish thing is the capability of doing works and not the numbers of worker.
Give thanks to the Lord that Singpetra Mission has a bunch of coworkers who are willing to work die hard for the Lord and yet with wisdom, courage and many works on the shoulders. There are people at the base to finish the production work, and there are people in tour to lead people to Christ, it is catching two pigeons with one bean. This is a movement which matches up this generation’s operation – saving time, make use of resources, effectively accomplishing more plans.
This tour was a huge success. It was traceable from the giving-all-out-with-unity efforts. One minute’s brilliant performance on the stage is attributed to ten years’ practice off the stage. Without the preparation of co-workers, connecting the dots in perfect order, success is far from its edge. Networking, counting goods and budgets, packing music equipments, transportation arrangement, reception arrangement, updates and so on, all combined as a big point of getting this tour done.
Their maturity had helped Raymond to prepare and rest enough for on stage performance. There are many challenges and hardship during the tour and yet they didn’t any complaints but submissively getting things resolved. The benefit of a united team is not only for the leader but also for the convenience of the churches. Firstly, all attentions can be focused on the flow of the evangelistic meeting. Secondly, saving much of the expenses (food, accommodation, transportation and so on). Thirdly, saving time (practices, setups, transportations, meals, packing and so on).
Many were giving praise for co-workers’ attitudes and effectiveness during the tour. Michelle, accountable with every single detail, and not troubled of following up (long-winded enough, haha). Very polite in conversation, full of patience. And thus, accomplish all things with from start to finish without huge problems. Eric, almost every people who approach would respond in such words, “Not talking much huh?! But, he did a lot!”. Especially in cable management, nicely attached. Another good point was alert at on stage’s instruction. A blink, a gesture, problems will be solved quietly, without disturbing the audience. All these are seen by everybody.
Thank you very much for every assurance and praise. Raymond is indeed very appreciate and delighted to have such cooperation from such co-wokers. Give thanks for Raymond has such blessing to have good force, together we emerge in the Gospel field! We know that everybody has his or her own weaknesses, we could not say that our coordination is perfect, however, we will move on to maturity and even do better.
Please intercede for such hard to come by co-workers, let their lives and works influence more people to give their passion and purity to serve the Lord! Give thanks!
